Along with our dedicated caretaker there is a whole team behind the scenes ensuring every aspected is considered and everyone outcome thought about.
Site Security
We ensure that our caretakers involves managing access and keyholding, monitoring CCTV and alarms, and maintaining lighting and locks. Any issues are dealt with swiftly.
Classroom Maintenance
We ensure that our caretakers keep learning spaces safe and ready and the day ahead. Daily cleaning and sanitising, routine checks and minor repairs of furniture and fixtures, ensuring safe electrical and heating systems, and promptly reporting or addressing hazards.
Record Keeping
We store all records securely, ensuring and maintaining clear, dated logs of inspections and maintenance reports, inventory and safety checks.
